did i mention that this particular lyrics "lately, i'm not who i used to be." kept playing in my mind for the past few days?

hmm,. went down for blood donation with marshall and chao.
BUT!, i can't donate.
'cause the nurse said that my vein is too "soft".
meaning, i got to train my arms! ):

but!, marshall asked me not to feel bad. 'cause it doesn't means that i can't donate. it just meant that i can donate except that i got to exercise more. haaas!
yep. he made me felt better. thanks!
